The fact that very soon we will go back to being performers instead of construction workers is sinking in. Yes, there’s delays, and no, we still don’t know when our opening day is (they keep telling us tomorrow….) but we do know its officially time to get our asses back in gear.

If your ass is not quite in gear, we strongly recommend you start doing whatever it is that you’ve been meaning to do, RIGHT NOW. Be it the amazing classes with Grounded Aerial we are singling out below, or whatever classes you know you ‘ve been meaning to take. It is never too late to fly or dance. You are not too old, too weak, or too inflexible. You live in New York City and there are opportunities EVERYWHERE for you to start learning how.

Grounded Aerial is an amazing company. The level of dedication, artistry and heart that goes into their work is astounding every time. Not every day is there a company on this level that welcomes complete newcomers with such open arms.

Guided creative movement event for adults to let go of themselves. Dimly lit environment, fierce workout while you move in your own unique way. + projections, chalk, fabric, paint…and complete unbridled creativity.

7 to 8pm Free SHOW on Bedford Avenue

8pm to 8:30 mingle (BYOB!)

8:30 to 10pm sweaty-dance-fun-time

Event is $15.00 (bring a friend and it is $10 per person)
